2011 Course Support Specialist TRAINING DAY - Sat., March 26th

TRAINING DAY
“Watch races and get paid for it too!”

We will be presenting our annual turn worker training Saturday, March 26th. This will be an all-day event, with a morning classroom session held in Grass Valley, and a real time on-course practice in the afternoon. Training will provide experience in flagging, communication, event control, safety and response procedures.

This training is the first step in becoming an O.R.P. Course Support Specialist. Training is free, however pre-registration is required.

Course Specialist candidates must be at least eighteen years of age and able to present employment eligibility documentation (Social Security Card etc.). Applicants should be reasonably fit, able to climb ladders, have the ability to be outdoors (sometimes in harsh conditions), possess good verbal communication skills and be able to learn to react calmly and quickly to emergency situations.

O.R.P. strives to bring to Sherman County a wide variety of motorsport activities including; Track Day Events, Auto, Kart, and Motorcycle Races. We promote safety through training.
